3.Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

4.Open SOFTWARE

5.Open Microsoft

6.Open Windows NT

7.Open CurrentVersion

8.Open ProfileList

And then you will see the folders like S-1-5-10-234596153789153-123456815-2345312-1111 just click on them and on the right side of the registry panel you will see the name of the all user profiles, just delete the users you want to be deleted, but be careful with default users do not delete them even accidently.
